Dogs
Our dog membership plans cover annual vaccinations including kennel cough, year round flea, tick and worming treatments (with the option of free home delivery) and unlimited nurse consultations for nail clipping and anal gland checks.
The plan also offers benefits, including 10% off neutering and microchipping (or a £10 voucher if your dog is already microchipped). The monthly cost is based on expected adult body weight, starting at £17.50 for dogs under 10kg up to £21.50 for dogs weighing over 40kg.
Cats
Our cat plan, priced at £16.50 per month, covers annual vaccinations including feline leukaemia, year-round flea, tick and worming treatments (with free home delivery) and unlimited nail clips.
The plan also covers microchipping (or a £10 voucher if already chipped) and includes 10% off neutering.
Rabbits
Our rabbit wellness plan, priced at £16.50 per month, covers annual vaccinations, annual fly-strike prevention treatment and twice yearly internal parasite treatment (with free home delivery).
The plan also includes unlimited nurse consultations for nail clipping and weight checks as well as 10% off neutering.

Prices of our Nova Pet Wellness Plan starts at £16.50 per month for our cat and rabbit memberships. Our dog memberships operate on a simple tiered pricing structure depending on your pet’s weight. These start at just £17.50 for dogs weighing under 10kg, going up to £21.50 for larger dogs weighing over 40kg.

Does the plan cover emergency care or surgery?
No, the plan does not cover emergency care or surgery and consultation. Treatment fees will apply for any procedures that fall outside of what we cover through our pet wellness plan.
Are there any age limits for pets to join?
Our Nova Pet Wellness Plan covers pets of all ages, from puppies and kittens to elderly pets, giving you peace of mind at every stage of your pet’s life.
Can I cancel the membership anytime?
Our Nova Pet Wellness Plan is a 12-month contract, which auto-renews after 12 months unless cancelled before your renewal date. Our full terms and conditions can be found here.
What if I have more than one pet?
Our monthly costs cover year-round routine treatments for one pet.
What happens if I move or change vets?
